Getting By With A Little Help

Psalm  1:1-6 Galatians 6:1 Mark 9:30-37   When  Cadedra  and I spoke earlier in the week I told her that not only was I really excited to hear what she had to share with us today, but I also didn’t want to be like the disciples arguing over who  gets the spotlight. The proclamation of Jesus as the Christ (Messiah, anointed, chosen one for God’s  self-revelation/proclamation of the good news of forgiveness and mercy).   What is the one thing that divides the church? Yes! It is the way in which we respond to the good news of Jesus Christ. It is what we do with that message of love and grace and mercy that sep
